Jamie is no amateur in the Real Estate business. Having started her career in 1983, in the San Francisco Bay area, she has experience in many aspects of Real Estate from selling business opportunities to commercial Real Estate. She has extensive knowledge of new construction, having been involved in home building for almost twenty-five years. Currently specializing in new construction, residential resale & investment home/condo markets as well as being a certified relocation specialist. Jamie has the innate ability to guide a Buyer/Seller through the buying/selling process with true savvy. Profoundly accomplished in the industry, she has earned continual recognition. Jamie has been named in the top two percent nationwide in her network and continues to be one of Park City’s top sales agents. Her endless knowledge of the market is what builds and affirms her client’s confidence. Having graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business, she is quick to understand the trends in today’s changing market & analyzing current stats to educate clients of the most accurate market information to help in buying or marketing/selling their next property. She is a tech savvy Realtor with the knowledge & skills of effective marketing techniques, both old & new; to give a client’s property the advantage it needs against competitors. She is currently working towards becoming an accredited EcoBroker to help Buyers & Sellers with emerging “green” market trends. Having been raised in Park City most of her life, Lindsey knows the community well and has a true understanding of the value Park City brings to clients & their families. Lindsey always knew she would be in Real Estate one day, in some aspect or another; whether it was joining her builder/developer father, or partnering with her Realtor mother. She chose the latter and has since formed a successful Real Estate team with her mother, Jamie Richards. She’s been a licensed agent since 2003, but you could really say she’s been in it her whole life! In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys hiking & exploring Utah’s natural wonders. She also enjoys road biking, pilates & backpacking. In the winter, she enjoys skiing and snowboarding at Park City’s acclaimed ski resorts. |
